Located at the historic former Wigram air base, the Air Force Museum of New Zealand is the small events destination with a difference — the perfect venue for your upcoming meetings, training events, presentations, and social gatherings. We have plenty of free on-site parking and a dedicated café offering a range of catering options, by arrangement.
The Air Force Museum is a registered charity. By hiring one of our spaces, you are helping support the work we do to preserve New Zealand’s military aviation history.

Morrison Room
Offering flexibility across a variety of configurations, the Morrison Room is the ideal venue for workshops, seminars, meetings, or conference breakout sessions.

Located on the Atrium mezzanine, Level 1.
Donaldson Room
With a traditional boardroom feel, the Donaldson Room is the ideal space to host your offsite meeting, training course, seminar or conference breakout session.

Theatre
With tiered seating and large projector screen, the theatre is the perfect place to deliver your presentation or showcase your new product line. Projection facilities are provided, including a lectern with automated sound and lighting controls.

Brevet Lounge
With a classic, ‘members’ club’ atmosphere, the Brevet Lounge offers a sophisticated setting for a variety of functions, from corporate presentations and board meetings to private morning or afternoon teas.

Catering
The onsite Contact Café, operated by Pulp Kitchen Catering, can provide a selection of breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea menus with iced water, tea and coffee, by prior arrangement.
